Who’s responsibility is it to run title if their is an error on royalty payments mineral right owner or operator?

The operator did the title to get a division of interest. If you disagree you need to provide them documentation to the contrary.

By saying there is an error, are you implying you disagree with how much NRI % you own in a unit? That would be your responsibility to prove to the operator why it should be different. The operator hires an attorney to issue an opinion showing all owners and their percentages. You can ask the operator to see the opinion where it shows how much you own with any associated comments, but not sure if that will be fruitful. If there are recently filed documents moving or clearing title, the operator is responsible for transferring ownership thus a division order is issued.
