RIGHT-OF-WAY CLEANUP - Getting logs, debris removed

The drilling company has cleared a right of way about 100' x mile long in March '15 and I am anxious to get it cleared. They offered to burn for a fee but I declined.

The easment agreement says they will "remove, chip and grind stumps"...all good but they "missed" the insert of the burning. My landman broker hustled me off the phone in the discussion and I wnet over his head and was assured they will honor the agreement - usually burning but logs take a longtime to burn. The broker said they man it 24/7 when burning.

Its just the 'when' part. The landman sad the US Army Corps will come out in July to view (wetlands, etc.) and I get that. I plan to dog these guys to avoid them walking away...

The proposed wellpad and access road still has to be cleared but the schedule is 'conseptual' and no firm time frame set although I hope for 2016.

Any experiences or thoughts on this Doddridge? Thank you.
