Rightful mineral ownership Information

How do i find out about Texas mineral rights and royalties in the county Hardin County Texas. Arriola Fee is the name of the land with mineral interest and royalties.

We’ve been paid on back pay from 1998 and split it with another Family member. The family member is no help at all just acts as he didn’t know about any of this info dealing with mineral rights royalties farm tracts and any real-estate. The land now has been sold part of it maybe all of it i truly don’t know. Im trying my best to get this stuff all done right and honestly life hits us all with extremely hard things to deal with my little sister at 50 years old passed May 10th 2024 from pancreatic cancer extremely hard to focus on this but want it all done.

So sorry to hear about your sister. Prayers for you and your family.

You can look up your area on the Texas Railroad commission site.
Does this look familiar? This is the Arriola abstract.

You can use www.TexasFile.com to look up your ancestor, your name, etc. Free to look in one county. Small fee to print. You can look up the sales. If the land was sold, did you keep the mineral rights?
