Last October Rimrock filed a spacing request with the OCC for 640-acre spacing in Secs 21 and 28, 4N-3W. As of 7-27, 9 mos. later, they haven’t received approval, but they keep appearing before the Commission. I hear rumors there is another operator opposing their application, wanting to drill the wells themselves. Anybody know anything about this situation?
