Any info on the avg price per acre in Robertson county?
Have been offered 300.
We have been offered $350, 20% for a 3 year lease. Property is on the extreme western edge of the M. Marquez Survey, A-25. We are at odds over lease terms, however.

The leases we have written recently in Robertson County have been between $300 and $400 per acre, depending on geology. Happy to help with your questions.

Looks like the same area. My neighbor said her's was 1/5 and $400 per acre for 3yrs and they want a 2 yr extension. They were not offering any extension monies. Another neighbor not far from her said that they came back with a $600 offer and extension monies.

They are trying to low ball you a bit. We got 650 per acre and a 1/4 royalties for three years from Chesapeake/Encana. Try asking for 800 per and see if they balk too much.
