PLEASE help me lease my minerals! They stayed leased for YEARS, but my Father dealt with it all. Unfortunately, he never shared his knowledge of the business with me as i served 30 years as a Coach. Since he passed in 2010 we have had no interest from any companies.

Maps show that our land is the only patch of the county with no holes ever punched. They are literally everywhere else!

Can anybody help fill me in on what I’m missing? I know all our Documents are on file at the RM Co Courthouse. We are ready to Lease.

If all of your documents are filed at the county courthouse in Roger Mills, then if landmen are interested, they will find you. It could be that there is a fault or no favorable geology.
