Yes. Turner Oil and Gas has most of the leases. Mostly 3/16ths, but I see a few 1/5th and 1/4 from savvy folks.
Is there any activity in T14N-R22W or the surrounding townships?
Yes, there is quite a bit of activity in that general area. Most new drilling is for horizontals in the Cherokee formation.
Current permits in 14N-21W, 15N-21W so most of the leasing is clustered around those areas.

Yes, you can see the last 12 months of production for free (delayed by about four months) on the OK Tax site. https://oktap.tax.ok.gov/oktap/web. I have found it easier to search by well name or by bottom hole location and then surface location. Multi-unit horizontals are often not spud in the sections of interest.
