What is the status of RTMD in Hudspeth Co. Texas? The project has stalled and the leadership of both TMRC and USARE have not updated shareholders in more than 30 days. Has the quiet period come and gone without a successful IPO and Merger? Are we going to get an update soon? I have done some research in regards to SEC Filings; review of the agreement between the two. I am concerned as to the future of the project. The latest filing at the SEC indicate that there are major issues on the horizon. Everything that i have researched thus far has been public knowledge; except for USARE. They are a private entity and zero information is available about them.Some of the shareholders are concerned that $TMRC is losing is mineral rights.
