We haven’t received royalties from XTO 12 years, nobody will give us a reason why? Who can I contact?
You would have to post a section, township and range for us to be able to point you in the right direction.
Possible reasons are that the well has ceased to produce so there are no more royalties to send, lease might have been sold to someone else, etc.
Have you contacted XTO by certified mail and asked their royalty department?
