Royalties & taxes of Deceased person's account

I am the Court Appointed Administrator of my late cousin’s estate (Frederick J. Lomberg). I need to contact Panola County Tax Assessor to register his passing and my appointment as Administrator (by California Probate Judge) and to alert TANOS to release his royalty payments to enable my funding of his EIN account (already established) so I can pay his taxes, etc. I need assistance and guidance. Assuming you are talking about Tanos Exploration, here is the email address for Tanos Owner Relations Department.
