We haven't received an XTO royalty check since December 2015. Oklahoma Tax Commission web site now lists CP Energy LLC as the reporting company since December. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Contact XTO at the address at the top of your older stub and ask about the missing checks. Usually when they sell things, the new company will send you a division order. Some get lost in the mail. I had two sets of checks last year that arrived six months late although clearly postmarked correctly.
