Royalty on Multiple wells with same name (e.g. Xyz 1-H, 2-H, etc)

If a person gets royalties on the -1H well, will he/she get royalties on the -2H well when it starts producing?

All things being equal, yes.

Depends upon the spacing of wells. “Usually” is probably most of the time, but I have seen the same well name and multiple infill wells, but the spacing was not 640 and the east half folks got their wells on that 320 and the west half folks in the other 320 were different. Fairly rare.

I own mineral rights on wells 1-11H. So far only 1-2H are producing. Is there any way to determine if the other wells will ever be active. Thank you for your time.
