i have yet to recieve any royalty payments from gulfport midcoin llc since i became owner of said mineral rights/wells since 2004 or 2005 i believe. Gulfport says Ruby Blades 1-3 has been shut in since march 2020. But oklahoma tax commission says they are both active for gas and crude oil. Gulfport owner relations says the owner ( me) that there are not any owed royalties, unpaid royalties, or future royalties or said wells/ mineral rights. there is only one check detail they sent me and it spand over 10+yrs. a check i never recived or seen. i really dont know what to bbelieve at this point. what should be my next move on resolving my questions?
Ruby Blades 1-3 last production was in July 2018. Ruby Blades 3-2 last production was also in July 2018. The wells can still be listed as active as long as they have not been plugged and abandoned. No royalties to be had.
