Hello, My grandfather (deceased) has a royal deed for some 240 acres in Runnels County, Texas. The copy I have is tattered and torn. Does anyone have access to deeds in Runnels County who can get a complete copy of the deed in digital format (pdf)? Thank you.

TexasFile.com only has Runnels County records on line going back to May, 1997. During tht time the only thing shown for M.G. Roup was filing of copy of probate. If the deed you need was filed prior to 1997 you’ll probably have to contact the county clerk.
