I own mineral rights in section s3,5n,7w and Ace Energy is wanting to buy them. What is a good asking price and would it be better to keep these? I only own 7 acres in this section. Continental leased them 4 years ago from me.
Are they still under lease, unleased, or producing? That’s part of the determination of pricing.

I wouldn’t necessarily take those numbers as the gospel, but it could help aid in your negotiations if you decide to go that route.
It’s not leased anymore and there hasn’t been a well drilled on it yet. I’m assuming they are getting ready too.
