Can anyone give me guidance on how to determine the status of the Fedderson #1-19 well in S19, T11N, R7W, Canadian County, OK. Have minerals in this section and trying to determine if there is unpaid royalties that are due to me and, if so, how to I figure out who to contact. Thank you for your time.

you can check the production on the OTC website:

then goto search by location and enter the S T R and it will be one of 3 wells that pop up.
there isn't much production showing, just a small amount of sporadic gas production

OTC tax site says Fedderson #1-19 was still active as of April 2017. They list the Operator as Tilley Oil & Gas Inc. DCP Midstream LP was paying on the gas. Rates were really low. They may have been holding onto the well until they can get the horizontal well drilled. Bracken Operating LLC 911 NW 57th St OKC OK 73118 was the original owner.
What you really need to know is that Cimarex Energy LLC has a horizontal well in that section that just drilled. Well spud in 30-11N-7W. Gatz 1H-3019X. That is the one you really want to get paid on.
