Can anyone steer me in the right direction on acquiring information on S34-10N-5W? Completely new to this and just looking for some resources for research and such. Any help is appreciated.

No leasing going on there . looks like it has producing wells on 640 acre spacing so you must have leased or took a working interest. What do you want to know and we will know where we can send you.
I guess my biggest question is, what should I know about? It is an inherited lease that the only thing I really know is that it gets royalties from Linn Energy. I am trying to help with research on behalf of a family member, we were left with very little information. Also, are there any pros/cons of signing ownership of the lease over to an individual vs inheriting? Sorry for the ignorance, this is all new and foreign to me.
