I sold 50% of my mineral rights and am wondering how long an oil company has to legally process my deed. It has been 6 months since the sale date. Wildfire said in September 2023 they were processing the deed. Wonder if i can get a little information concerning this.
Did they pay you is the most important question? 2nd question would be, what did your PSA say?
