Salt water disposal line questions

My sisters and I own surface interest in the SE4 of Section 2, Block C-6, PSL Survey, Reeves County, Texas. We have been approached by Patriot Resources who would like to put in a 4” salt water disposal line and is pushing to find a route up to their leasehold in Section 10. They have sent The University of TX Land Rate and Damage Schedule to go by as far as pricing (dated 09/2013). They have offered a 5 year renewal option. Could anyone help us with what the actual going rate per rod is in this area/damages/renewal, etc?

Thanks,

CJ

I've had Patriot do a power line and water line easement on property in the SE portion of the county and we did the 5 year renewal option at the published University of TX schedule for the types of power lines and pipelines they were putting in.

We've looked at U of T schedule and it says negotiable. We've been offered $24/rod which we consider low. We've been paid as much as $70/rod for pipeline ROW, just wondering if anybody else is getting offered more?
