Good afternoon, I wanted to get information regarding how to determine if shut-in wells have salvagable equipment within. Is there any way I can tell if the equipment has already been removed? I am not asking about plugged wells but inactive wells. thanks for your help!
I’d contact your local regulatory office (Texas Railroad Commission, etc) and ask them to do a lease inspection with you to look at everything. They can walk you through it and also look for any compliance issues.
