Jean and anyone else know of any leases in Carrizo Plain, both in and outside Monument(other than Vintage-Occidental)? Also, does anyone Know how mineral rights inside the Monument would be affected if Rep.Capp’s Wilderness bill passes? Also, does any one have a lease in this area with Mark Nahabedian?
