Greetings - hoping I could find a free source to obtain production data on a specific O&G well in Texas other than The Railroad Commission of Texas.
I’m sure this question has been asked hundreds of times. I apoloogize in advance…

Volumes won’t match production, particular on crude or condensate, but you can check monthly sales for a well on the State Comptroller’s site CONG. https://mycpa.cpa.state.tx.us/cong/loginForward.do?phase=check
Chose “Lease Drop - Crude” or “Lease Drop - Natural Gas” depending how the well is classified. For new wells where lease ID hasn’t yet been signed use RRC permit/status number. On the date range enter last two of year followed by the month, like 2302 for February, 2023.
What information are you trying to find? RRC reports list produced volumes and disposition volumes in good detail for each lease. If you are looking for the data for a single well that is one of several included under an oil lease #, then that is more problematic as the total lease volume is allocated among the wells.
