Fairly new to the forum and seeking any information on Sec10 Township 16N Range 11W. Owned by Grandmother, receiving requests to purchase rights and would like to know if there is any drilling in the coordinates.

She should be in pay status for a well that was drilled from section 22-16N-11W. Coetta #1-10XH. Many of the sections around her have multiple wells, so that is why she is getting offers. Continental had plans for increased density, but decided not to do it right now. Doesn’t mean someone else might not want to. If she is not getting royalties, come back, because that needs to be fixed.
