Panther Energy Company pooled 18-19N-22W in 2013. Penny #1H-18 was drilled from a surface location in Sec 7. Presidio Petroleum LLC had the well online until mid 2020 during the Covid shut in. You might contact them for an update if you have not been getting royalties ealier than that. I see a small amount of gas reported in Dec 2020 & Jan 21.
