I have an interest in 30-8N-4W . It is currently leased through 3/15. Wondering if anything is happening in the area. If anyone has any info I would appreciate your response. Thanks
Newfield is drilling some multi unit wells just to your west. So hang tight for information from those wells, since it may impact drilling in your area.

Rick, Newfield recently completed an x-tended lateral well just 1 mi. west of 30-8-4, I've not read any production #s, but the fracking seemed to go well, I went to the well at 2 times during stimulation
Thank you for your reply. Since I know nothing about the oil industry…is this lateral well something that could extend into my area ? Could it mean that if that well is good someone may want to drill in my area? Any info would be appreciated .
Rick, because the shale formation of the woodford runs east & west , the horizontal drilling runs north & south,( for better production) thus it is very likely sec. 30-8-4 would be drilled from sec. 18 or 19 north of sec. 30 or sec. 31 or 6 south of sec. 30, 30-8-4 is in a good location, it's just a matter of time, I,m in the same boat you r,just waiting, my minerals are in 31-7-4(7 mi. due south of 30-8-4) I like my location very much
