Can somebody tell me if a well was ever drilled in the NE/4 SE/4 of Sec. 33-12N-11E in Okfuskee County, OK. In 2018 we signed a lease with Calyx Energy for a 3-year term.
Today I received notice from the OCC that Koby Oil Company is planning on drilling in SW/4 SW/4, SE/4 SW/4 and the SW/4 SE/4 in that section. Thanks.
Looks like there are two pooling cases listed for 11/7/22-both by Koby Oil Company. 2022-004055 SW4 SW4 and 2022-004056 for SE4 SW4 and SW4 SE4. Koby drilled a Salt Water disposal well in 33 in late 2021. Not sure is drilling the disposal well would hold your lease since they have these next wells planned. Did you get the notices for the poolings?
No pooling notice. I received a notice for relief sought for “drilling and spacing units.”
Hmmmm. Makes me think that you are being held by the disposal well. Does your lease have a continuous operations clause?
