Been out of touch but getting offers…Anyone know what is going on? What rates being offered, one proposal from Echo but see people have had problems with then. Thanks

I have an offer in the section, 35-01S-04W (S/2 SW/4), from Nichols, $1787 and 3/16.

Any thoughts?

Too low. I leased for $1000 1/4 and then right after than had an offer for $2500 1/5 and $2400 1/4. Rats…

I received higher offers from 89 Energy than Echo.
