Been a while since I have seen any offers on this, but here is what I received this week.
$675 per NMA 3 years with a 2-year option to extend .25 royalty
1/4 royalty is acceptable, but $675 seems quite low since I received $700 in 2006! Just wondering if this is anywhere close to anything nearby?

There are multiple horizontal wells permitted two miles west of your Section. Use the magnification bar on the left side of the map to slightly reduce the magnification to get a better bird’s eye view of what is going on in the area.
