I've been offered $500 per in Sec 3....not sure how relevant that might be....

Thanks Susan. $500 was what my lease offer was for a 3/16 but I've seen much higher bonuses paid on the Oklahoma Mineral Owner Registry website, but they were a few miles away. Vic

I was offered and accepted the same as Susan. I had no idea I owned these. They were inherited into the family in the 1920's. Still do not know what I am doing. Trying to learn.

This is a good place to learn Patricia! Many ppl here have loads of experience negotiating leases. I learned thru trial and error over the years. And I'm STILL picking brains here...LOL
