Just received a check from CLR, this is on the lensgraf well in sec 9 9n 7w in Grady county. Something changed since the well was drilled. Back then there were not any perforations in sec 9 only sec 4. My question is, did CLR finish sec 9 or what?
If your check is tiny and you have limited acres, then a very small number of feet were perforated in sec 9, not sure why. The survey says the section crossing is at 16812’MD. The perforations on the completion report say they go from 16773-21896 so 39’ if the completion report is correct. It also says they have 640 ac spacing. You can contact Continental and ask how many feet they are giving you in section 9.
We have only 47ac in sec 9 when well was first completed it looks like less than their min cheek amount until January of this year, and then a very substantial 2 month Check. I just can’t find any paper work advising of the well being completed in sec 9. Thanks for your help
The well was supposed to be 50/50. The final order has not been released yet, so not sure if they did any later work on the well to perf the rest in section 9. Best thing to do is ask CLR and request a Division Order so you have proof.
