We were contacted by an owner/operator today named Brian. I did not get the name of his company or all the particulars, (as I was otherwise engaged taking care of my Dad). I have his cell number and am to call him back tomorrow. He has taken over the Pullin well. This parcel of mineral rights was under lease for years - starting back in the 1980s. We were under the impression that the well was closed - we have not received any revenue from it in several years.
Does anyone know what is going on in this area? What are our rights in this situation and what can we expect?
