Have gotten 5 letters from Fourpoint about 5 horizontal wells on Section 09, 09N, 04W and was wondering how to find out where original wells are being drilled and when they will start drilling. Thanks for any info
If your name and contact information are properly filed in the county courthouse, you will get OCC mailings about the increased density for the new wells. They will have maps in the exhibits that show the surface location. You can look for permits on the OCC well database site. You search by surface location. Quite often, you need to search by a section or two north or south if the location is not in your section.

Looks like some of the new wells will be called Swale. The permits may not be filed yet.
