Hello, forgive me for not getting things in order. Just not very computer savvy.

Everyone has been very helpful with my situation and questions.

I have discovered that yes indeed I do own mineral rights for said above.

Not like my other ownership where I have signed leases and such and had paperwork.

This is new too me and found out the transfer came about in 2002-or 03.

My next question is, how do I discover activity, leases, etc.... that might have missed / passed by me. If that's even possible??... Or better yet! The possible of new drilling in Section 1, TS 1 South, 22ECM

Here is a spacing and two poolings on section 36-1n-22e and part of section 1-1s-22e. Could fine nothing in county records about your interest in section 1-1s-22e . How did you find out the interest in section 1 ?

Hi Ron. I received a letter from a company in OK City wanting to purchase my mineral rights on both Section 36 and Section 1.

Section 1 was all news to me.

I thought I had found it in county records but tired eyes and body misread it. So it's still a mystery if I do have interest in Section 1. Doubtful, I'm sure. But have the fingers crossed anyway.

The company said they would get back with me when I requested more info. But since I declined their offer of $3,000 and acre. I doubt I'll hear back on my request. Thanks again.... Steve
