I have recently inherited royalties through a family trust. I found some paperwork relating to Section 14, 27N, 3W lease. Can anyone tell me if there are producing wells in this area? Would the County Clerk know? Is it possible to call the County Clerk? I am in Indiana and visiting Grant County, Oklahoma is not practical at this time. Perhaps an old well no longer produces. Could this be determined by contacting the County Clerk or other officials?
I would certainly appreciate any help I can get.
