I am new here folks....we leased our land out to Apache for 2000.00 an acre for 3/16 about a year and a half ago....I am interested in what you may know about wells close to this area...you are welcome to add me to your excel spreadsheet. Wade Allen
The Nelson 1-22-15XH in sections 22 and 15-8N-7W is the closest well to your section 14-8N-7W.

The next closest well is the Stewart Ranch 1-34-27XH in sections 34 and 27 just south of the Nelson sections.

If Apache, Continental, Marathon, or others make application with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission to drill a well in your section 14, then you should receive copies of the application in the mail.
I could only find one relevant recent well next to your section, the Nelson 1-22-15XH. I've attached the Production Unit (PUN) Detail report from the Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) website (LINK) for this well. Please note the OTC is not very good at keeping good production records, so take it for a grain of salt. So if you look at the report you'll notice that they are skipping some production months (could be right, could be wrong... nobody knows except for the operator, lol). If you add all of the production volumes you get the totals of 252,825 mcf and 2,400 bbl. Not great, to say the least. The AFE for this well had a completed for production cost of $12,537,000 (ouch). So I wouldn't expect them to drill anymore wells in this area until the price of gas goes way up.
Continental Resources began a large fracking well in Grady Co. In the last month… on the section I asked about in the chat above. Construction of said well “Abraham” was halted due to a spacing cop comm meeting but was resolved. Is this accurate info or do you see records?
