I just learned that Eland Energy has filed a Bill of Sale listing a well in which I have an interest, to Silver Energy. Just wondering a) does anyone know of anything going on in this Section, b) shouldn’t they send you a notice of some kind, or do you just have to learn from the County Clerk’s filings; and c) does anyone know anything about Silver Energy? Thanks in advance for any information.
