Thanks for the help. Not sure why Luxe is in their. My understanding is this is leased to Carrizo???

Not a problem.

It’s hard to say without researching title. They could have been a lessee/assignee of some of the interests in the section or committed to a PSA/JOA with Carrizo with lands to the north.
