Minerals are being leased about 2 miles north of you for $1750 an acre.
Do you know if the $1,750 an acre lease bonus is for a 3/16th royalty or 1/4th royalty? Thanks
Most of the minerals in Section 23 are being leased at 3/16 for 3 years with some at 1/5 for 3 years.
