I am looking for an explanation as to the increased acreage in my royalty interest in the NW portion of Section 23, Block 36, Township 3N. The deed to my father in 1957 recites “170.5 acres” but it now appears to be surveyed as “196.5 acres.” Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
