I received papers in the mail from Highmark Resources to establish a 640 acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit in Section 26 18n 12w Blaine County OK. This is not the company that I have my mineral rights leased to. Can anyone shed any light on this. Any information would be appreciated.
That happens quite often, the companies sort of agree on who will develop that section. Everyone keeps their interest though.
