I just received an offer to lease my interest in this section. Has there been any activity in or around this Section? Our lease expired one year ago and this is the first interest we have received. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

Gulfport drilled the Kael well to the north of you in sec 20-17. CLR drilled the Bovine well to the east in 28-33-34. Generally in the gassy zone of the Woodford and Springer.
