Section 3, Block 52 Township 8

I have approx. 5 acres in Section 3, Block 52, Township 8. I had a company put a natural gas pipeline through a small corner of it years ago.

Recently another company paid me for a easement along a small side portion of it for a water pipeline. They have now offered to purchase the property.

I am not from that area and don’t know much about the industry.

Was wondering if anyone knows if much is going on, or will be, or if it is just worth it sell to the water folks?

Hi Mac, I have 5.1 acres in Section 3, Block 52, Township 8 S/A-5824. Can you let me know what is happening in the area as our parcels seem to be in the same area. Which company is paying for easement.

Mac, do you own the minerals or just the surface acres? There are 3 operators in the area that have drilled some good Horizontal oil/gas wells…Centennial Resources, Noble Energy and NBL Permian

Thanks for the map, although I am not sure exactly what I am looking for in terms of wells/pipelines, but do see where my property is located. I only own the surface rights.
