Back in 2019 the price per mineral acre was high. It is now 2022. Does anyone know what’s up now in that area? I might be ready to sell. I would appreciate any information you wonderful forum members might share.

Are you in Mewbourne’s Sundown wells in the N2?

I’d expect like $10k per net royalty acre. Maybe more, especially if you have Division orders showing your interest and it saves the buyer the significant rigamarole associated with typical small mineral deals.

You should have already made a pretty penny there. If you’re in the S2, be aware that there’s a force majeure event ongoing from a brine well in S2 of 17 and that might scare off near-term buyers (who typically pay more.) your long term buyer will want it at like $10k per mineral acre.

It just depends on if you have production or not
