I am seeking information on activity in section 31 2N 2W. My brother and I have deeds in my monther's name and are trying to find out how to change ownership from her to us. She died in 1980. Any information will be appreciated. Nancy

There is some leasing going on in the section at this time. The correct way to transfer the ownership is through Oklahoma probate.
