Has anyone around this area been approached to lease lately?
My family has 130 acres we would like to lease.
Equal energy out of okc offered us $100.oo an acre for 3/16 in lincoln co. ssec 30 15 N 5 east. There is a request for pooling order with cc on March 4th. We did not lease but took our chances on pooling order. They want to drill a horiz well in the Hunton.

I think they are fishing and what they find in the early wells will influence lease prices in the future. Horizonal drilling is in early stages in this area.
