I have a small royalty holding in Section 34-4-6. I have received an offer to lease for $2000.00 per acre. Anyone else getting offers in that section and is there any future activity going on?

My cousin tells me she has received the same offer for 34 and 28-4N-6W. I need to check with my dad and see if he has received any offers.
