Is there any drilling activity in Sec. 34 T2N R4W?

not sure of drilling activity, but a lot of leases filed by Continental and Marathon.
We have royalty there and as of a couple of days ago there was nothing going on there (based on eyeballing it). The guy that bought our brothers land on the section north of there (27) said the man wanted no one to drill on his land and said he had plenty of money and that he would fight anyone in court that wanted to drill. The same man I believe has bought all of section 34 and the section to the south of it because his fence, painted gates and posted signs are around all three sections. I don't believe he can stop them (based on hearing of wealthy land owners in the past that have fought it and lost) but he can probably tie it up for a while and spend a bunch of his money trying.
BUT they could also do one of those multi-section wells from say Section 22 where they are drilling a well from which to go under 27 ,I believe. I really hope they do something on 34. We leased to Continental on that section.
