Can anyone tell me Who other than Nichols Energy Services is an agent/landman in the market of Leasing the sections above for Camino Natural Resources?

Got some papers from Nichols and don’t particularly like their offer regarding a $0.00 bonus with 1/4th royalty.

Actually that offer is very common and folks would be pleased to have it in some areas. The lease clauses are so much more important than the bonus/royalty pair.

Others leasing in the area are Blackacre Resources, Echo Energy Partners , TEP Anadarko, T C Craighead and company, Red Oak Energy Partners, RimRock Resource Partners.

Yes. If they want to find you, they will. Some of these are large and some are small and may have already hit their limit for the area.
