I have minerals coming up for lease in a few months for this section. Does any one know what the current rates are for this area? Already getting offers for top leasing.

The most recent comps around your property range from $12K-15K. Concho, Energen (now Diamondback Energy), Advance Energy look to be the companies paying the best. However, you’re in a good area and could probably expect a lease from any number of active operators in the area.
