Stacey: You need to let us know what kind of paperwork? Does look like Jones Energy or Camino want to drill more wells in that section. You are probably receiving revenue from a well or wells in that section.

Hello, Richard Yes, it involves the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma. It says “Relief sought: Establish a 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit.”

It is from Jones Energy and it says something about Camino. We have owned our home for 15 years and we have never received any payment. I have been told the people we bought our home from may not have let anyone know when they moved, so no one knew we should be receiving payment. 
It is likely that you have a small mineral interest below your home. In the event that you receive a lease offer or “relief sought Pooling” there is probably no need to do anything but sit back and wait. Richard Winblad
